1. Information We Collect

When you submit a dispatch request, view our engineering data sheet, or message our WhatsApp SkidPassport rail (+1 / +52), we collect your work email, phone/WhatsApp number, company or USDOT number, and shipment metadata (SSCC-14 barcodes, Inverter Block IDs, and securement photos) strictly to execute freight slotting, Procore/EDI 856 integration, and carrier payment.

2. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (CCPA / CPRA)

We do not sell or rent personal information or carrier/shipper contact lists to third-party data brokers. To exercise your right to access, delete, or opt out under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), email hello@trucking.solar with the subject line "Privacy Request".
