LEGAL & COMMERCIAL TERMS

Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 29, 2026. By accessing https://trucking.solar, using the 30-second WhatsApp SkidPassport rail, or booking corridor dispatch and kitting services with Trucking.Solar ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Non-Asset Freight Coordination, Kitting & Dispatch Technology

Trucking.Solar provides solar jobsite delivery slotting, 4-digit Telehandler Gate Pick Code generation, 14-day weather/mud telemetry, UFLPA custody documentation, and freight brokerage/dispatch coordination with FMCSA-authorized motor carriers. Motor carriers operating under their own USDOT and MC operating authority maintain sole operational control over equipment operation, driver hours of service, and FMCSA safety compliance.

2. Equipment Securement & Warranty Verification

All bifacial PV module loads require verified Air-Ride suspension (<2.0G peak vertical shock) and non-stacked pallet handling unless expressly authorized in writing on the master Bill of Lading. All galvanized tracker torque tube and pile loads require 4x4 hardwood dunnage and 4-inch nylon web straps (zero bare steel chains in contact with galvanized zinc surfaces).

3. Gate Slotting & Weather Buffer Hold

Scheduled 45-minute telehandler gate slots are assigned per Inverter Block GPS pin. When 48-hour jobsite precipitation exceeds 20mm or wind gusts exceed 25 mph, loads may be held at designated paved-highway buffer pads or origin FTZ yards pursuant to the applicable Starter, Midway, or Enterprise service order.
